with the supreme court upholding the nationwide tax subsidies of obamacare, this decision, whether it was positive or negative, with the justices remains just as controversial. eknme has had experiences on both sides — with a company and (somewhat) with obamacare. with a company, it was relatively easygoing, but due to adjustments in obamacare, the company had to raise the premiums slightly. compounding with obamacare, the company also made building upgrades which was way overbudget — and then the layoffs came in droves. with obamacare, the website itself was broken, and due to eknme’s medicaid ineligibility notice after four weeks and after the enrollment period, we are stuck without health insurance. instead, we have to rely on a medical center.
in eknme’s opinion, this program hurts the u.s in the long term as it brings many people to seek the government as a harbor even more. this may be good in times of unemployment, like now, but it may keep the feeders there instead of forcing them to adapt and find jobs in order to get healthcare in the first place. the u.s. government has become gluttonous much like corporate america, infatuated with itself.
president obama has become infatuated with himself at this point. he even acknowledges that this is his last term so he’s not afraid to say or do anything. the u.s. definitely needs a new president with a new vision. the economy hasn’t improved much. the stock market can’t decide whether to go up or go down. europe and asia are on eggshells. this is not a good state of the world to be in.
we need change.
