with the recent advances in technology, the acceptance of social media and the internet as mainstream tools, it’s time for businesses to get an upgrade to cater to millennials. most companies are using outdated graphic user interfaces (GUI) not just in-house but to serve customers as well. with use of mobile applications, companies may not only better serve themselves as well as their customers.
there are multiple mobile applications for employees for tech-saavy employees to use as a time clock. PayRecord is such an example. all these time clock applications have their pros and cons and have not been refined to their best in eknme’s opinion, but they are suitable workarounds. sooner or later, they’ll get it right.
inside some corporate offices, they are using outdated windows or office software. with microsoft bearing down on them with exorbitant fees, if you can’t pay it, it may be time to seek alternatives such as opensource office software and others.
mobile applications are abundant for consumers now. if haven’t done so, it’s time to create one. double-check that it works properly, and the GUI isn’t clumsy to look at and to operate. it’s going to cost a handsome sum, but the payout will be tremendous for consumers.
millennials, it’s time for a change.
