injustice: the inc. sink

the most recent inc. magazine from may 2015 made a good point that entrepreneurship has gone down over the past three decades.  the magazine said they expected a boom from the millennials over the past three to seven years down the road, but you know about assumptions, particularly in light of this erratic economy. the magazine made valid points that the big companies like mcdonald’s, walmarts and others, have drained the market of storefront ideas.  now, the current rising storefronts are mere copies of copies.  on the bright side, the online front, particularly, the mobile application front has created some new stuff in recent years.

the economy is in a standstill without entrepreneurs willing to take risks. millennials really need to take a stand and fight to save the economy on their own.  they can’t rely on baby boomers or generation xers to pick up the pieces.

it’s time to create, not replicate. it’s time to challenge the old systems.  it’s time to challenge the archaic ideas ingrained in human resource departments. it’s time to challenge yourselves.
