we’ve heard this before. go to school, try hard and you’ll succeed. that’s what EKnMe has heard throughout its short existence on this planet. after 9/11, the housing bubble and the great recession, there in lies the problem of the US economy today — the baby boomer management. the baby boomers, of course, will want to hold onto their jobs, and they will fight tooth and nail to keep it. the upstart millennials beg to differ on the situation, and this is where the fallout occurs.
i’ve experienced. we’ve experienced. the old schoolers want to hold onto their jobs and promote their “culture,” the culture of stagnation, the culture of rules, the culture of enforcement of those said rules. the advances they do make are slow and awkward and partially broken. the baby boomers call this advancement in the corporate atmosphere.
we can do better. we already have. mobile applications are a start. now, we need to advance into something more, something concrete — buildings, cars or the next best recipe for ice cream.
